Solution Architecture: Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Service Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage high-quality service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs, leading teams and allocating resources for timely project delivery.
