Job summary

Kunskapsskolan India - Schools in Gurgaon invites qualified Primary Teacher (English/Computers/Math/EVS) to join our campus at DLF Phase 1 and Sector 70A. You will deliver the curriculum, plan engaging lessons, assess progress, and maintain records while supporting diverse learning styles.

You hold a bachelor's degree in the subject with B.Ed, demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of education trends, collaborate with colleagues, participate in PD and school events, and ensure adherence to school

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required curriculum with up-to-date subject knowledge.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students and use diverse materials.
• Establish and maintain records of plans, attendance, and resources.
• Implement destinations, milestones, lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
• Prepare instruments of assessment and implement weekly/term plans.
• Provide meaningful feedback to students as per policy.
• Ensure Kunskapsskolan policies and codes of conduct are followed.
• Participate in appraisal, PD, and school events.
• Lead/co-lead co-curricular activities and promote collaboration.

Job Role: Primary Teacher (English/Computers/Math/EVS)

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode, along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education.

Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Deliver the required curriculum; demonstrating accurate and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and subject matter.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles.
• Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans, etc., and share them from time to time or on request.
• Implementation of destinations & milestones & related strategies, Lesson Plans, Worksheets, class & home assignments.
• Preparation for instruments of assessment and implementation of weekly, unit, term, and Annual plans for assessment and evaluation according to defined criteria.
• Giving appropriate, meaningful, and accurate feedback to students, both qualitative and quantitative, as per School Policy.
• Ensure the Kunskapsskolan policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
• Participate in Appraisal and Professional development (PD).
• Participate and attend and lead where appropriate, the co-curricular, events, staff meetings, and extra-curricular programmes in the school. Promote good working relationships through active leadership and the sharing of ideas, materials, and experiences.
