Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 24 years of experience in market research, primary research, consulting, or business research.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interviewing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research through telephone interviews, online surveys, and email outreach.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn research and targeted databases for outreach activities.
• Identify and recruit relevant industry experts for research studies.
• Prepare questionnaires and interview scripts.
• Collect, validate, organize, and maintain research data and respondent databases.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries for clients.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and research ethics.
