Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara seeks a Cable Design Support Engineer to provide technical support for cable design, datasheets, BOMs, costing and quotations, and to respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and support business growth through effective technical and commercial assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cable technical data sheets using Indian Standards, BS Standards, IEC Standards, etc.
• Design cables and prepare BOMs.
• Technical TDS and BOM must be completed within 48 hours of each enquiry.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers.
• Prepare the design sheet for ordered cables and upload it to Oracle for production.
• Provide BOM to the plant postmanufacturing clearance.
• Customer offers should be submitted within one working day.
• Cable costing analysis.
• Price working sheet preparation.
• Enquiry tracking.
• Maintain daily MIS reports for enquiries.
• Price working must be completed within one working day after technical clearance.
