Job summary

Husky Technologies TM in India is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to support pricing strategy development and implement effective pricing processes across functions. You will collaborate with Business Development, Product, Finance, Operations, and Sales to analyze pricing data and drive optimized pricing decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Engineering, finance or related business degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, purchasing or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work across geographies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing pricing processes, streamline and implement standard pricing processes globally.
• Propose new processes definitions to ensure day to day pricing activities are conducted timely and accurately.
• Ensure pricing activity is compliant with audit requirements.
• Track and report pricing trends on a regular basis; monitor competitor pricing activity through sales team and customer feedback.
• Identify regional pricing variation requirements and develop plans with regional sales teams support.
• Review pricing elements and pricing portfolio to simplify the customer experience.

Job Description

In this role you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in development of pricing strategies, implementing effective pricing processes, preparing detailed analysis, identifying trends. This role involves collaboration with Business and Product Development, Product Line Managers, Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Advisors, Sales Support and other functional areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing pricing processes, streamline and implement standard pricing processes globally
• Propose new processes definitions to ensure day to day pricing activities (new setup, maintenance, complaints) are conducted timely and accurately
• Ensure pricing activity is compliant with audit requirements
• Track and report pricing trends on a regular basis. Closely monitor competitor pricing activity through sales team, order desk, customer feedback, business advisors as well as business performance indicators
• Identify possible requirements for regional pricing variations and together with you leader, develop plans with the support of the regional sales teams
• Based on request, continuously review individual pricing elements and pricing portfolio for opportunities to simplify the customer experience and sales presentation

Qualifications

• Engineering, finance or other related business degree or equivalent experience
• Some years of work experience gained in sales, purchasing or customer service position will be required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and presentation skills
• Used to work with all MS office applications
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Injection Molding and/or Rigid Packaging product is an asset
• Accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring balancing of immediate tactical responses
