Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Jaipur is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop high net worth customer relationships and expand liabilities by sourcing new customers. You will also cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers and coordinate with group companies to offer additional services.

The role requires graduate or postgraduate exposure with customer orientation and a high-energy, driven approach; AMFI/IRDA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of experience.
• Postgraduate with 2–3 years of experience.

• Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.

• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
