• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions
• Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution
• Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities
