• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations and product.
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all acquisitions.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
• Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
