Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Premier Acquisition Manager to build and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals for retail loan products in India. The role focuses on growing CASA book, cross-selling third-party products, and driving revenue through high-value engagement.

You will coordinate with credit, legal, operations and product teams, ensure strict KYC, and provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners to maximize wallet share and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
• Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams.
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
