  • Due Diligence: Performing comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, which may include ficial analysis, legal assessments, and operational evaluations
  • Ficial Analysis: Assessing the ficial viability and performance of potential acquisitions, including analyzing ficial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation models
  • Deal Structuring: Developing and structuring acquisition deals, including negotiating purchase terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
