Roles & Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to design tailored software solutions.
  • Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses, cost estimates, and project proposals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings and market positioning.
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team post-closure.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and identify opportunities for new business development.
  • Handle the complete sales process — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing / IT / Business Management preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and IT services.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online presentation platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
