Job summary

The Khaitan School in India is hiring a Pre Primary Teacher to plan lessons and deliver age-appropriate activities for 2.5–5 year olds. You will promote early learning through stories, music, arts and sensory play, while guiding social skills and self-regulation.

You will prepare reports and engage in Parent Teacher Meetings to collaborate with parents. The role requires a Graduate or Postgraduate with an NTT/NPTT or Early Childhood Education diploma, and a willingness to participate in school

• To effectively plan lessons with the aim of ensuring high standards of teaching learning.
• Design and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote early learning, including storytelling, music, arts and crafts, and sensory play.
• Encourage positive social interactions and guide children in developing self-regulation and communication skills
• To prepare required reports on students.
• To participate in Parent Teacher Meetings and to network with parents.
• To participate in department, form and school staff meetings and to implement practices decided upon.

Candidate Profile –

• Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
• Must have one of the following qualification – NTT/NPTT/ Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferably full time)
• Experience of handling children of age group – 2.5 – 5 yrs
