Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Practice Leader for Data and Analytics to drive delivery excellence and governance across client engagements. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape analytics solutions, and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success for complex programs.

The role requires strong expertise in data science, AI and analytics, plus experience in managing practice delivery, KPIs, and stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid position based in India with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in analytics/CS/statistics and a Masters in data science are required.
• Certifications in data management, privacy, Informatica and Tableau are preferred.
• Experience with agile methods, client relations, and technical architecture is desired.
