Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solutions Engineer based in India to design, develop, administer, and govern enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. This role requires deep hands-on development expertise combined with platform governance, automation strategy, and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate understands Power Platform as a scalable enterprise platform—not just a low-code tool—and can build secure, performant, and maintainable solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and emerging AI/Copilot capabilities.
Well-architected Power Platform solutions with high adoption, strong performance, and minimal technical debt; clear solution documentation; consistent governance compliance; and positive feedback from business stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape how Power Platform is used at an enterprise scale—not just deliver apps. You’ll influence platform strategy, architecture standards, and governance while designing solutions that directly support business transformation across Corporate Services. Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you’ll help turn complex problems into scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions.
You’ll be part of an IT function that is evolving from delivery-focused to value-driven, with strong executive visibility and the opportunity to define best practices under the OneGP model. The role offers meaningful ownership, technical stretch, and the chance to work with modern Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure integrations, and emerging AI and Copilot capabilities. If you’re motivated by building things the right way, influencing how others build, and seeing your work adopted at scale, this role offers both challenge and long-term growth.
