Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Power Platform Developer Solution Architect (Manager) to lead design and delivery of scalable PowerApps solutions across mobile and web.

You will collaborate with global teams, integrate REST APIs and data sources, and mentor a team of developers while ensuring governance, security and performance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PowerApps development for mobile-first apps.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Forms).
• Familiarity with ALM processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end PowerApps solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end PowerApps solutions, including mobile-first applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly applications compatible across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Integrate PowerApps with REST APIs, SQL connectors, and external data sources.
• Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Implement backend integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services.
• Define and manage application lifecycle and deployment strategies across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Handle file and media attachments (photos, documents) within application workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and performance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in PowerApps (Canvas Apps – mobile-first approach mandatory)
• Experience working with REST APIs and SQL connectors
• Solid understanding of Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Microsoft Forms)
• Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Exposure to or experience in Solution Architecture roles
• Experience with enterprise system integrations
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Education

Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
