Job summary

BBGC Services in India seeks an experienced Power Platform Developer to support implementation, optimisation, and transformation of Power Platform initiatives. The role is remote-friendly within India.

The candidate should have hands-on experience across D365, Dataverse, and Power Automate, with strong troubleshooting and ALM understanding. Exposure to AI Builder or Copilot Studio is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on development on Power Platform, especially D365 and Dataverse.
• Experience designing data model in Dataverse and implementing role-based access.
• Ability to integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, and APIs via connectors.
• Comfortable with solution-based development and deployment across environments (ALM).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and translating business requirements into scalable app/flow designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Power Platform solutions, including model-driven apps and Dataverse data models.
• Design and implement Power Automate flows with approvals, error handling, and retries.
• Ensure security roles, teams, and access controls are correctly applied.
• Integrate Power Platform with enterprise sources and services (SharePoint, SQL, APIs).
• Support UAT and go-live, and explore AI Builder or Copilot Studio use cases.

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the implementation, optimisation, and transformation of Power Platform initiatives. The role requires deep understanding of the solution and relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be joining our team in India. This could be a remote role too anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

• 3 years hands‑on development on Power Platform, especially:
  • D365 and/or Model‑driven apps (forms, views, business rules, commands/navigation)
  • Dataverse (tables, relationships, columns, choices, security roles)
  • Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, error handling, retries, trigger conditions)
• Experience designing data model in Dataverse and implementing role-based access (security roles/teams)
• Ability to integrate with common enterprise sources/services (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, APIs via connectors)
• Comfortable with solution-based development and deployment across environments (basic ALM concepts)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (flow failures, permission issues, performance/user experience improvements)
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable app/flow designs and support UAT + go-live
• Interest or exposure to low‑code AI solutions such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or generative AI use cases.
• Experience with Excel macros / VBA
