Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Pune-India seeks a Power Platform Developer to lead enterprise Power Platform solutions globally. You will mentor junior developers and influence architecture, with hands-on work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and SQL Server.

Reporting to the Team Lead- BI and Data Analytics, you will drive architecture, design, and best practices while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience.
• 3+ years with SharePoint Lists and SQL Server as data sources.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies (PL-400, PL-600).
• Proficiency in Power BI development using SharePoint and SQL Server data.
• 3+ years in relational database design and data migration using scripts or ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform.
• Design and implement complex Power Automate flows.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with API integration in Power Apps or Power BI.
• Exposure to SharePoint development including Lists, Hub Sites, and Document Libraries.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand existing Power Platform solutions and architecture.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure SQL Server.
• Translate cross-functional our requirements into scalable Power Platform applications.
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and source code documentation.
• Lead software design, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Build custom solutions applying Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams, including product managers, process owners, and team members.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software engineering and Power Platform development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and customer-reported problems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Power Platform Developer

Position Summary

The Power Platform Developer will lead the development of Power Platform solutions used across the organisation globally. We are looking for a hands-on expert who can also mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions. You are passionate about understanding and enhancing existing Power Platform applications, open to learning new technologies, and end-to-end solutions. Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and SQL Server is necessary. Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Query, and Azure services.

You will Report to the Team Lead- BI and Data Analytics.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other Engineering or graduates, with concentration in software

The Essentials - You Will Have

• 3+ Years of experience on Power Platform & Co-Pilot Studio Solutions
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Lists and SQL Server as data sources for Power Platform solutions.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
• Proficiency in Power BI development using SharePoint and SQL Server data.
• 3+ years of experience in relational database design and data migration using scripts or ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS) and its integration with Power Platform.
• Design and implement complex Power Automate flows.
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with API integration in Power Apps or Power BI is desirable.
• Exposure to SharePoint development including Lists, Hub Sites, and Document Libraries is advantageous.
