Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Power Platform specialist with 6-8 years of experience to drive process automation using Power Automate and dashboards with Power BI. The role requires close collaboration with architects and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust To-Be solutions.

Candidate should demonstrate strong data analysis, documentation, and communication skills, with hands-on testing and end-user support. Hybrid work model in Pan India is offered.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience with Power Platform and related tools.
• Strong ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for process automation.
• Proficient in Power BI and strong data analysis skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to capture requirements, design the To-Be solution and technical/design reviews.
• Perform unit testing, write technical documentation, and provide user support.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Deliver clear, concise presentations and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands on experience on power automate for process automation.
• Proficient in power BI tools and strong understanding of data analysis.
• Work closely with stakeholders/architects to identify business requirements, technical design, process design and propose To-Be solution.
• Unit testing, technical documentation and user support.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Min 6 years of experience in power platforms like power apps, power BI & power automate.
• Experience in designing, developing & deploying power BI dashboards.
• Experience in API integration.
• Strong analytical skills and able to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation.
