Responsibilities include designing database objects, tuning queries, implementing HA, backup/recovery, and migrations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of PostgreSQL database development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/pgSQL, and database design concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and other AWS services.
• Experience in query tuning, performance optimization, partitioning, and indexing.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with database monitoring, backup, recovery, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
