This position is for an experienced Polymers Process Engineer with at least ten years of experience in polyolefins or elastomers polymerization and finishing processes. The role is based in Bengaluru and may require international business travel depending on business needs. Flexibility to work across different time zones is essential. This position is not at a manufacturing facility.
As a Process Engineer, you will take a leading role in developing and implementing process engineering improvement ideas for polyolefins and elastomer manufacturing processes including reaction, separation, recovery, extrusion, palletization, solids handling, devocalization, wet rubber finishing, and packaging operations. You will establish robust tools for polymer sites to identify and advance improvement ideas for their manufacturing units, prioritize projects, and support business decisions. We are expanding our group’s expertise in polymerization and finishing process technology, such as polyolefins and elastomer polymerization and finishing, process optimization, and the use of tools like process simulation/modeling to enhance the process. We are looking for a minimum of ten years experienced individuals who will play a key role in the process engineering related tasks.
