Job summary

What you will actually do:

• Own the strategic political brief discipline for one to two political engagements end-to-end — sourced, structured, decision-ready briefs senior advisors take to client briefings unchanged
• Set and enforce the political cell's strategic-research standards — sourcing, verification, comparative depth, the strategic hygiene the engagements depend on
• Design the strategic research architecture for new political engagements — voter-behavior analysis, coalition mapping, competitive positioning — before research begins
