Job summary

Google’s gTech team is seeking a technically adept project manager with customer-facing experience. The role requires coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and producing repeatable content while aligning with partner strategies and customer needs.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in online advertising, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills to deliver scalable solutions for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard working hours in line with customer requirements.
• Experience in online advertising using Google Ads, YouTube or other online advertising systems.
• Experience using data insights to influence business decisions.
• Experience in initiating workstreams, developing project plans, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Policy or billing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and document repeatable content (best practices, tutorials, blogs, sample code) and ensure documentation of repeatable solutions.
• Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies with minimal guidance.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions, with occasional support, based on user/partner/client objectives and predefined requirements.
• Identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and work with internal teams to mitigate future risks with guidance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
