Job description
Position: PMC Executive

Department: Bharat Petroleum Corporation / PMC
Technical Requirement: Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities
  1. Estimation & Drawing
    Prepare detailed estimations for project works as per approved designs and specifications.
    Develop, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
    Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and modifications.
  2. Statutory Approvals & Vendor/Material Management
    Assist in obtaining necessary statutory approvals from concerned authorities.
    Coordinate with approved vendors for timely material procurement and delivery.
    Monitor material quality, quantity, and compliance with project requirements.
    Maintain proper documentation for approval and procurement processes.
  3. Quality Monitoring
    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
    Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
    Ensure all project activities meet company and regulatory quality parameters.
  4. Measurement & Documentation
    Carry out site measurements and verify contractor bills.
    Maintain measurement sheets, reports, and supporting documents.
    Ensure accuracy and transparency in all measurement-related activities.
  5. End-to-End Project Activities
    Manage initiation-to-closure activities for NROs, Upgrades, and Remodeling projects.
    Prepare project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
    Prepare and submit completion reports and relevant documentation.
  6. Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Functions
    Act as a technical support resource for project planning and execution.
    Ensure engineering standards, safety compliance, and specifications are followed.
    Provide project updates, reports, and MIS to management as required.
