Job summary

JobTrade is seeking a Plumber to handle plumbing operations, maintenance, and repairs in gated community apartment complexes. The role includes maintaining water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems and addressing resident complaints within set turnarounds.

Responsibilities include inspecting pipelines and components, repairing leaks, supporting preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors for major works, while documenting daily activities and adhering to site safety standards.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in gated communities or similar residential settings.
• Knowledge of STP, WTP, pumps and underground pipelines is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
• Good communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle plumbing operations, maintenance, and repair in gated community apartments.

• Follow site SOPs, safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper drainage across the community.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification
• Experience: 2-5 Years
• Experience in gated communities, apartments, high-rise residential buildings, or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fittings.
• Knowledge of STP, WTP, pumps, and underground pipelines will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
• Good communication skills with residents and team members.
