Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with residents and apartment association representatives.
• Practical experience in residential or apartment plumbing work, including leak detection, drainage repairs, and fixture installation.
• Knowledge of safety practices, relevant local plumbing standards, and proper use of tools and materials.
• Ability to read basic technical instructions or diagrams and maintain simple service records.
• Willingness to work on-site across multiple buildings in Hyderabad and manage time efficiently.
• Relevant vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship in plumbing or a related trade is preferred.
