State Street in Bengaluru is seeking a PLSQL Developer- Assistant Manager with hands-on software development experience to build IT solutions and provide L4/ SME support for Investment Performance and Analytics and in-house ETL applications.

You will perform release management, address major incidents, and coordinate across teams while delivering high-quality code and reliable production support in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Expert Sybase/Oracle Programming and DDL & DML knowledge.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting; data center migrations or Linux upgrades desirable.
• Expert in PL/SQL Programming, UNIX scripting.
• Excellent knowledge on Oracle database objects, data warehouse, and dimensional modeling.
• Understanding of Java (Core/Advanced) and Hibernate/JPA.
• Knowledge of Git, Harness and Artifactory is a plus.

PLSQL Developer- Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer with hands-on experience to develop IT solutions and provide L4/SME support in State Street for Investment Performance and Analytics and in-house ETL Applications. The job entails resolving developer problems and maintaining application in State Street. Person will perform release management and day-to-day deliverables and handle major incidents and coordinate various other departments to resolve the production issues.

What you will be responsible for

As an Software Developement Engineer you will

• Analyze and develop high quality software solutions aligned to the business goals
• Should be able to work independently and collaboratively
• Should have excellent understanding programming, solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience dealing with users or clients from either a technical or business area. Desire to work in Client facing environment.
• Install, configure and test product; problem investigation; database configuration, tracing and performance analysis.
• Provide advanced technical expertise in debugging and maintaining software applications and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• This role requires predominantly hands-on development as well as L3/L4 support work and ownership of deliverables as an individual contributor

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Expert Sybase/Oracle Programming and DDL & DML knowledge
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting; experience with data center migrations or Linux version upgrades is highly desirable
• Expert in PL/SQL Programming, UNIX scripting
• Excellent knowledge on Oracle database objects (especially indexes, Partitioning and Views), database architecture and various components
• Excellent knowledge of Data warehouse, Type of Schemas and Dimensional Modeling.
• Understanding of Core and Advanced Java, including Hibernate, Persistence API, JSP, and JPA concepts
• Good working knowledge of Autosys or any job scheduling tool
• Familiarity with Perl scripting CGI (debugging and development) is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of GIT, Harness and Artifactory is a plus
• Knowledge in Financial domain
