Role Summary

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions that support critical business operations and client requirements. Job Description /Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform maintenance activities, including root cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other developers.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Follow Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Work within a fully automated, integrated development environment (Eclipse or similar).
• Focus on performance tuning and layered database architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices in query optimization, indexing, data processing, code reviews, and code maintenance.
• Develop and optimize large-scale enterprise applications involving workflows, business process automation, rule-based processing, and database object modeling.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience in financial or enterprise software development is required.
• Exposure to banking or fintech solutions is required.
• Familiarity with database architecture and performance tuning.
• Experience with at least one high-level programming language is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Eager to quickly learn PL/SQL-based domain-specific languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to software quality.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• The ideal candidate should proactively engage in technical discussions, articulate challenges clearly, and contribute to problem-solving efforts in meetings related to issue resolution and bug fixes.
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
