Qualifications

• Experience configuring CONTACT PLM modules and creating functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, training, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering with cross-functional teams.

• Gather requirements, define workflows, and document functional specs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of PLM processes with a focus on different modules, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Configure and customize CONTACT PLM modules to align with business processes.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define workflows, and document functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of CONTACT PLM functionalities.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on CONTACT PLM features and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for CONTACT PLM deployment.
• Assist in the rollout of CONTACT PLM modules and ensure user adoption.
