Skylime - Happy Minds in Bengaluru invites you to join as a Play Facilitator Intern. You will help create a welcoming play environment for children, support daily activities, and engage families while keeping spaces organized and safe.

The role involves leading age-appropriate activities, storytelling, and teamwork with facilitators. The internship is in-office (full-time) for a 3-month period with a stipend and opportunities to grow in an inclusive space for neurodivergent children.

About the internship

As a play facilitator intern at Skylime - Happy Minds, you'll help create a welcoming, engaging play environment for children. You'll support daily activities, connect with children and families, and work with the team to keep the play area organized and enjoyable.

1. Welcome children and caregivers warmly, explain activities clearly, and help each child feel comfortable joining in.
2. Assist with planning and leading age-appropriate games, crafts, and imaginative play, using creativity to keep activities engaging.
3. Share stories with expressive, inviting delivery and encourage children to contribute their own ideas.
4. Observe children during play and respond with patience and emotional awareness when they need reassurance, guidance, or support.
5. Help maintain a tidy, safe play area by setting up materials before activities and putting them away afterward.
6. Coordinate with fellow facilitators, communicate updates, and lend a hand to keep activities running smoothly.
7. Manage time thoughtfully by following activity schedules while allowing flexibility for children's interests and needs.
8. Help with basic administrative skills.

Stipend

INR₹ 9,000 - 12,000 /month
