A leading financial institution in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled relationship manager to develop and expand High Net Worth Customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience, strong understanding of trade, Forex, and commercial assets, along with a high energy and customer-oriented approach. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years work experience.
  • Developing relationships with high net worth customers.
  • Understanding of commercial assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance.
  • Understanding of mutual funds and insurance is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships.
  • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation.
  • Cross sells existing bank products.
  • Informs customers of new products and enhancements.
  • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives for clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
  2. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
  3. Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
  4. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
  5. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
  6. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
  7. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
  8. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  1. 4 to 5 years work experience
  2. Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
  3. Very good understanding of Trade and Forex.
  4. Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Fice etc
  5. Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation,
  6. High energy and drive.
  7. Go getter attitude.
  8. Self motivated with a passion to achieve.
