Job summary

Increff is seeking a Platform Engineer-2 to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on developer experience. You will manage Kubernetes platforms, implement CI/CD and GitOps, and drive reliability across production systems in Bengaluru.

You will contribute to security, cost visibility, and policy-as-code while collaborating with SREs and developers to improve platform usability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in platform, infra, DevOps, or SRE roles managing production systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical CI/CD and GitOps know-how with Argo CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

We are seeking a Platform Engineer-2 professional with strong hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability engineering, with a strong focus on developer experience and scalable production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code across cloud environments using Terraform or similar tools.
• Build and optimize CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, focusing on deployment safety, reliability, rollback, and automation.
• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure and platform tooling, including networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and self-service provisioning.
• Own observability and reliability, covering monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, load testing, incident response, and postmortems.
• Improve platform security, developer experience, and cloud cost efficiency through access controls, policy enforcement, self-service tooling, and cost visibility.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, managing production systems at a meaningful scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps, using tools such as Argo CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, distributed systems debugging, and observability, including Prometheus/Grafana and metrics, logs, and traces.
• Ability to write real production code in Python, Go, or TypeScript, along with experience in policy-as-code, admission control, security, and compliance.
