Gohyred is looking for a Platform Engineer I in Uttar Pradesh to design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, Pub/Sub and Composer/Airflow. You will implement data quality and governance while building scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on Python development, experience with data warehouses, and a willingness to learn new GCP services to advance project outcomes and analytics capabilities.

Formación

• Knowledge of architectural principles, guidelines and standards.
• Experience with data warehousing and analytics.
• Programming in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies.
• Experience in data analytics workflows.
• Experience building streaming and batch data pipelines on GCP.
• Exposure to ETL tools and data governance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines using BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, PubSub and orchestration services like Composer/Airflow.
• Hands-on development of ETL/ELT pipelines with Python.
• Work with data warehouses and analytics tools.
• Develop and implement data quality and governance procedures for data reliability.
• Drive technology project implementations with focus on data engineering.
• Learn and explore new GCP services to enhance project contributions.
• Communicate effectively and present technical concepts clearly.
• Leverage experience with ETL tools such as DBT and Talend.

Job Summary

• Build and Optimize ELT/ETL Pipelines using BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, PubSub and Orchestration services Composer/Airflow


• Hands\\-On experience in building ETL/ELT Pipelines with developing software code in Python


• Experience in working with data warehouses, data warehouse technical architectures, reporting/analytic tools


• Develop and implement data quality and governance procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data


• Demonstrate extensive skills and success in the implementation of technology projects within a professional environment, with a particular focus on data engineering


• Eager to learn and explore new services within GCP to enhance skills and contribution to Projects


• Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and problem\\-solving skills.


• Prior Experience in ETL tool such as DBT,Talend Etc

• The Data Engineer coaches the junior data engineering personnel position by bringing them up to speed and help them get better understanding of overall Data ecosystem.

• Working on Solution deck, IP build, client meetings on requirement gathering
