Job summary

KSB is seeking an experienced Lead Platform Engineer in Pune to design and maintain cloud-native infra, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows for IIoT. You will automate processes, build scalable systems, and drive DevOps practices within cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, implement IaC with Terraform, and ensure security and observability using Prometheus and Grafana. Strong Kubernetes orchestration and GitOps expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years extensive experience in software development, DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure.
• Independent working style and ability to coordinate within a team.
• Programming skills in C#, TypeScript and optionally Python.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
