Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is hiring for a Full time Plasma Cutting Operator in Tamil Nadu. The role involves setting up and operating plasma cutting machines to accurately cut metal components, reading CAD/CAM drawings, and ensuring conformance through inspection tools.

The candidate will also perform routine maintenance and report any malfunctions. Working hours are 8 hours plus 4 hours OT, with benefits like PF, ESI, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plasma cutting machines for accurate cutting of metal components.
• Load raw material sheets onto the machine and secure them properly.
• Read and follow CAD/CAM drawings and instructions for correct pattern cutting.
• Monitor cutting process and adjust machine parameters such as speed, current, and gas flow for quality output.
• Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to verify conformance.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing consumables.
• Report equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting or minor repairs.
