Job description

Education Guidelines:

1. B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Automobile Engineering) is required
2. Certifications in QA/QC, production planning / operations management would be an added advantage

Experience Guidelines:

1. 18-20 years of experience of operations in auto industry with at least 2-3 years in plant head role, managing operations worth 200+ Cr
2. A strong experience in operations/ production / quality management, cost control, PPC, plant maintenance and EHS is required
3. End-to-end experience of a successful brownfield project or capacity expansion including commissioning of new machines will be desirable
