Job summary

Monolithisch India Limited, a specialist in ramming mass and refractory materials, is seeking a Plant Head to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our Ranchi unit.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in plant operations, BE/B.Tech in relevant fields, strong leadership, and a track record of improving productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing plant operations, preferably in refractory materials or related industries.
• Proven leadership and ability to independently manage plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, production planning and execution.
• Manage manufacturing processes involving raw material handling, crushing, grinding, screening, mixing and packaging of ramming mass.
• Ensure production targets, product quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor plant machinery, equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and specifications.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, raw materials and other resources.
• Monitor inventory, production costs and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
• Lead, train and supervise plant personnel and departmental teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and cost reduction initiatives.

Monolithisch India Limited, an SME-listed manufacturing company engaged in the production of Ramming Mass (Refractory Materials), is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead and manage its manufacturing operations.

Location: Ranchi, Purulia.

Experience: 8-15 Years.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, production planning and execution.
• Manage manufacturing processes involving raw material handling, crushing, grinding, screening, mixing and packaging of ramming mass.
