Position: Plant Head

Qualification:B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 15-20 Years

Key Responsibilities

• -Lead end-to-end transformer manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• -Drive operational excellence by implementing best manufacturing practices, lean initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
• -Provide strong leadership across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Plant Operations.
• -Oversee manufacturing planning, process optimization, resource utilization, and productivity enhancement.
• -Possess sound knowledge of Electrical Design related to transformer manufacturing.
• -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• -Implement best practices to achieve operational excellence, improved efficiency, enhanced quality, and cost optimization.
• -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance standards while driving sustainable plant performance.
