Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks a senior plant leader to oversee overall plant operations, drive productivity, maintain quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires an extensive background in engineering product manufacturing and at least 5 years in a plant head or equivalent leadership position, with Marathi language preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of experience in Engineering Product manufacturing industry.
• At least 5+ years in Plant Head or similar leadership role.
• Preference: Marathi-speaking candidates.
• Lead overall plant operations, ensure productivity and quality, drive continuous improvement.
