Job summary

LiveMindz AIRecruit is seeking an experienced Planon developer for a Pan India contract. You will design, configure, and maintain Planon modules and workflows, develop custom rules and interfaces, and integrate Planon with ERP, HR, and facilities systems.

The role requires 6–8 years in enterprise app development, hands-on Planon IWMS experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with CI/CD and release management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Planon modules and workflows.
• Develop custom business rules, forms, layouts, and user interfaces.
• Configure Planon solutions based on business requirements.
• Perform application enhancements and customization activities.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Design and develop integrations between Planon and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain REST API, Web Services, and middleware integrations.
• Support data synchronization with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and Facilities systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
• Provide application support for Planon incidents and service requests.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
• Monitor application health and performance.
• Support release deployments and post-production validation activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with business users, facility managers, and architects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
