The role leads executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and cross‑functional governance, leveraging ~10 years of PM/reporting experience to deliver timely insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

About The Role

This role is focused on Materials Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). In simpler terms, the position is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time while balancing customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Person should have around 10 years of experience in Project management and reporting to executive leads

Executive Reporting

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly ELT reports and executive presentations.
• Consolidate data from multiple business functions into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Develop KPI scorecards and executive summaries highlighting business performance.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Present insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Project Management

• Coordinate multiple strategic projects across business and IT teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain project plans and governance documentation.
• Organize project review meetings and capture meeting minutes and action logs.
• Monitor project health using schedule, scope, budget, and quality metrics.
• Escalate project risks and issues to stakeholders when required

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and senior management.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and executive leadership.
• Drive follow-ups to ensure timely completion of commitments.
