Qualifications

• Experience in placements, recruitment consulting, staffing, corporate relations, or business development.
• Comfortable engaging with hiring managers, agencies, brands, startups, and multinational companies.
• Experience sourcing live job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard companies actively hiring for digital marketing and related roles.
• Identify job opportunities through LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, industry networks, and other hiring platforms.
• Run outreach campaigns through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls to generate hiring partnerships.
• Build relationships with agencies, startups, SMEs, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
• Ensure a steady pipeline of live job opportunities across various functions, designations, experience levels, and salary brackets.
• Manage and guide a team responsible for job sourcing and database management.
• Handle inbound employer inquiries received through the website, official communication channels, and social media platforms.
