Responsibilities

• Drive campus placements across multiple graduate programs.
• Develop and maintain corporate relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Achieve placement, internship, and PPO targets.
• Manage end-to-end placement process including onboarding and interview coordination.
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and corporate engagement events.
• Collaborate with Student Recruitment and Training teams for placement readiness.
• Develop placement strategies and execution plans.
• Ensure student grooming, soft skills, and personality development support.
• Maintain MIS reports, placement records, offer letters, and documentation.
• Conduct placement audits and ensure process compliance.
• Manage alumni relations and support institutional branding.
