Job summary

SINMEC Engineering Services India Pvt Ltd, a Rotary Group subsidiary, seeks a Piping Engineer for the chemical industries energy sector in Chennai. You will identify piping materials, prepare datasheets and specs, and support procurement and design activities.

UG degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) is required; familiarity with vendor documentation, datasheets and piping stress input will be valued. On-site Chennai position with growth opportunities.

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify and select piping materials.
• Prepare material specifications and datasheets.
• Conduct TBE for piping material procurement.
• Review vendor documentation, datasheets and technical reports.
• Provide input for piping stress analysis.
