Job summary

Blinkit is hiring for picker/packer roles across Delhi NCR including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. You will pick items per orders in a warehouse/dark store, pack securely for delivery, and ensure product quality while maintaining cleanliness and discipline during 8–10 hour shifts.

Open to rotational shifts and living within 6 km of the store. Eligibility requires 10th pass and age 18–35 with physical fitness for lifting and carrying.

Candidate Screening Criteria:

• Passed 10th and/or 12th class pass. Depending on profile.
• Willing to spend 1-2 hrs in loading/unloading
• Open to rotational shifts
• Sanity - Will be responsible to keep his racks clean
• Living within 6 km of store location
• Basic understanding of grocery products
• Aware of monthly salary
• Carrys physical resume copy
• Below 30 years of age
• Properly dressed for interview. No Slippers.

Red Flags - Candidate Should NOT say in interview:

• Only looking for part-time work
• Want to do only one particular shift
• Coming from far away
• Will not do loading/unloading work
• Will come to work after 2-3 days

Eligibility:

• न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 10वीं पास।
• उम्र: 18 से 35 वर्ष।
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना चाहिए (क्योंकि उठाना-रखना होता है)।
• टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।

Salary & Benefits:
