Job summary

Blinkit is hiring a Picker / Packer for its Dark Store in Hyderabad. You will pick items to match customer orders, pack them securely for dispatch, and assist with daily store operations and stock putaway. Training is provided after joining and shifts are flexible.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dark store picking and packing is preferred.
• Ability to follow orders accurately and maintain item integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
• Pick items accurately according to customer orders.
• Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
• Handle day-to-day dark store operations.
• Perform putaway activities and arrange products in designated locations.
• Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
• Ensure smooth and timely order processing.
• Follow store safety and operational procedures.
• Complete assigned daily productivity targets.
• Training will be provided after joining.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, depending on location.
• Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000.
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000.
