Applied Materials in Bangalore is seeking an experienced engineer to support RFID, RTLS and IoT driven warehouse automation. You will work with Zebra hardware/software (MotionWorks, Printer, Reader & Scanner) to visualize real-time operations and resolve issues.

You will integrate robots with material movement, implement Industry 4.0 practices in warehousing, and collaborate across teams to optimize parts storage, movement and tracking using LAN/WAN networks and cloud concepts.

Qualifications

• RFID and RTLS technologies experience required.
• Familiarity with Zebra hardware/software: MotionWorks, Printer, Reader & Scanner.
• 4–9 years of experience in large-scale warehouse operations.

Job Description

• Working knowledge on Zebra Hardware’s & Software products like: Zebra motionWorks , Printer , Reader & Scanner.
• Real-time visualization & issue resolution of warehouse operations.
• Integrate robots with material movement & understanding of large scale warehouse automation.
• Knowledge on best practices for industry 4.0 in warehousing
• Knowledge on Warehouse Management Systems & Factory Automation technologies domains like parts storage, parts movement ,real time tracking , IoT Tools & low code tools etc.
• Sound knowledge on robots like Geek+ & Standard Robots. Develop concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technology.
• Working experience on IoT , RFID, Barcode Scanning, Vision Inspection Systems & RTLS technologies etc.
• Fair understanding of Network domain & protocols likeLAN , WAN & Corporate Wi-Fi.
• Basic Infra & Cloud knowledge would be added value.
