Job summary

Lentera Technologies Private Limited is seeking a PHP Developer to join our Chennai-based team. The role focuses on back-end development with PHP, building and deploying web applications, and integrating with RESTful services.

As a fresher, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver clean, well-documented code, gain hands-on experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Lumen, and grow in a friendly, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of web development concepts and PHP environment.
• Internship or academic project experience in PHP or web development is a plus.
• Proficiency in PHP programming language.
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Lumen, Laravel, or CodeIgniter (preferred).
• Working knowledge of jQuery, AJAX, and React or any other frontend framework (preferred).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
