Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate in Chennai. The role involves drug safety surveillance and pharmacovigilance operations, handling case processing, MedDRA coding, and regulatory submissions in accordance with client guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience and a graduation in any field. The position may require rotational shifts and will involve collaboration within the Pv safety team.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety operations preferred.
• Knowledge of MedDRA coding and regulatory reporting processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Affiliate Mailbox reconciliation of reports per process and performance of all written follow up attempts to include both Serious and Non serious cases.
• Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for IC SRS in the safety database as per client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and guidance within the team; follow detailed instruction on tasks; work as an individual contributor within a focused scope.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
