Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Associate to support drug safety monitoring, ADR/AE collection, assessment, documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role collaborates with clinical safety teams to maintain patient safety and ensure accurate pharmacovigilance processes, ICSR handling, and safety database maintenance. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
• Basic understanding of pharmacology, clinical research and drug safety.
• Knowledge of adverse drug reactions and pharmacovigilance processes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Associate to support drug safety monitoring and ensure the effective collection, assessment, documentation, and reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). The candidate will work with clinical safety teams to maintain patient safety and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process reports of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and adverse events (AEs).
• Monitor and document drug safety information from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance.
• Perform Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing and data entry.
• Review medical records and safety reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report potential safety concerns related to pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain pharmacovigilance databases and safety documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Pharm.D, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of pharmacology, clinical research, and drug safety.
• Knowledge of adverse drug reactions and pharmacovigilance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance databases and safety reporting tools.
• Understanding of MedDRA terminology and ICSR processing.
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work with confidential medical and patient information.
