Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Instruction & Lesson Planning: Design and deliver engaging, concept-driven lesson plans following board guidelines (such as CBSE or state boards).
• Laboratory Management: Conduct safe and supervised practical experiments in physics, chemistry, or biology labs.
• Student Assessment: Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and term exams while tracking academic progress.
• Doubt Resolution & Mentorship: Guide students through complex scientific theories, critical thinking exercises, and competitive exam foundations.
• Parent Communication: Meet with parents to discuss student performance, behavior, and academic goals.
